The first volume is dedicated to the F-Word. Yeah - that one! Fuck is the most versatile swear word and ranks #1 on my list. I felt it only fit that it be the first journal of this series.
Identify your "fuckwit of the day" , "fuck ternatives" and plan to "unfuck tomorrow" in this guided venting journal. There are spaces to write in a little more about your day as well as rank it.

The second journal in the MFSW series is empowering/equipping ourselves w/ the word "bitch". Obviously it's offensive to some but I doubt those people made it this far. I think it's important to use it carefully unless you're attempting to elicit a response. I promise, you'll grow out of that urge... eventually. Maybe.
This journal has MORE weeks because I decided to write a poem to go along with each coloring page... yeah, issa theme, bitch. This one gives you even more room to just BITCH ABOUT IT!

Yeah, there's a gap there... give me a break! The bitch book wasn't supposed to be released until early 2023 but I got trigger happy. Now I'm back on track! This third volume is all about SHIT - the good and the bad.
I used AI to help generate some coloring pages that I think you'll enjoy murdering w/ colored pencils. I leave the backs blank in case it's been one of THOSE days... you know.
There is even more open journaling but still a bit guided to make sure you VENT ABOUT IT! Enjoy.
